Martin, born in 1972, is a civil engineer, real estate appraiser and an asset manager with more than 28 years of experience in the industry.

Denis Gebhardt studied law at the Justus-Liebig-University in Giessen, where he also gained a Ph.D. He added a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, U.S.A.
